Miley Cyrus has made no secret of her love for the Cannabis plant.
The 21-year-old singer was back in flaunting mode on Wednesday as she headed to a friend's house in Hollywood wearing a T-shirt that read, 'Marijuana, It's Time To Change The Law.'
Miley's short-cropped shirt was made of a light and flimsy material, which made the fact that she'd neglected to wear a bra even more apparent.
