Im not sure exactly what Miley was up to by posting this absurd picture on Instagram.
The pop star is known so well to be an "Instagram-Comedian" as she posts all sort of funny memes about herself and other celebrities, but I personally think she went tok far with this. She posted a clearly photoshopped image of her face on North's body while Kim carried her with hubby Kanye looking by, and she captioned it "mom"!
